RETURNS POLICY
The Euro Tan is committed to ensuring the quality of its products. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide you with a full refund, replacement, or repair if your items are deemed faulty or damaged. This policy applies to items that:

- Are not fit for the purpose described.
- Do not match the description provided.
Steps to Initiate a Return:

- Email info@theeurotan.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- Include the following information:
- A detailed description of the issue (faulty or damaged item).
- Proof of purchase or order information (order number).

Return Authority:
- If required, we will issue you a Return Authority (RA) number. Please do not send any items back without obtaining an RA number.
- Depending on the circumstances, we may request photos of the damage to process your refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

Processing Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include any delivery fees you may have paid.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Additional Information:
- Items must be returned in their original condition unless the fault prevents this.
- This policy does not cover change-of-mind returns.
- If you believe you have a major problem with the product, you are entitled to choose between a refund, replacement, or repair.
- For minor issues, The Euro Tan reserves the right to offer a repair instead of a replacement or refund.
