The Euro Tan will provide you with a full refund or replacement if your items are deemed faulty or damaged.

1. Initiate a Returns Authority by emailing help@theeurotan.com.au with:

- as much info as possible regarding your faulty/damaged item and,

- your proof of purchase/order information number

You will receive a Return Authority number if you are asked to return the items back.

Otherwise, we may ask for photos of the damage and provide you with a full refund to your original payment method.

2. You must initiate a Return within 7 days from original receipt of goods.

Refunds will be processed in the same form the payment was received including any delivery fee you may have paid.
